Students enjoy personalised learning that continually develops knowledge, skills and understanding. In Lower School, students work closely with teachers, follow individual progress and use personalised support to meet their needs. Through carefully planned challenges, students grow with curiosity and confidence, strengthening academic progress and a love of learning.
Through assemblies, daily activities and the curriculum, students grow in autonomy, creativity and collaboration as global citizens: critical thinkers, effective communicators and responsible leaders. They respect diversity, value other cultures and opinions, know who they are, adapt to change and engage thoughtfully with global issues.
At St George's College, students experience language immersion every day. From the start, students learn in a bilingual environment, mastering English and Spanish while exploring other languages. Through constant exposure, students join global communities with confidence and develop skills to connect across cultures and contexts.
Each year, students join enriching multicultural and multilingual experiences through International Learning Opportunities for Students (ILOS). Students might represent a country as a UN-style delegate or connect with peers worldwide. Through each ILOS programme, students broaden horizons, spark curiosity and build the skills to thrive in today’s interconnected world.
I value bilingualism, safety, strong values and how St. George’s nurtures curiosity daily.
