At St. George’s College we had the honor of welcoming Su-Lin Garbett-Shiels, Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Peru, on a special visit that highlighted the international nature of our educational community and strengthened links with British culture and education.The day began with a welcome assembly at the Miraflores headquarters, where students, teachers, student representatives and members of the administrative staff participated. Likewise, our community presented an artistic space with the staging of “St. George and the Dragon”, performed by students of the Drama cast from grades 2 to 4.During the visit, the Ambassador also shared a meeting with student representatives from different levels, including members of the Student Council, Head Boy, Head Girl, and primary and secondary delegates, who were able to exchange ideas and experiences about student leadership and school life.
